Shinya Ota was born and raised in Yokohama, Japan.

He likes “Hawaii Five – O” (CBS 2010-2020), story of Cowboy police. He is now enjoying watching ” ASTRIA et RAHAELLE”, a French TV mystery drama series. He is looking forward watching the fifth season, which starts this January. He is also enjoying CBS new season: Matlock, Trucker, Elsabeth and NCIS Origins. He loves to read Ayako Miura’s literary works in his spare time.
